These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Candy Realm (“the App”), a mobile puzzle game developed and owned by June AI Apps Ltd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the App.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

2. User Content and Conduct

By using the App, you agree not to:

• Disrupt or interfere with the servers or networks connected to the App

The App may offer virtual goods or in-game currency for real money. These purchases are handled through Apple or Google and are subject to their payment terms and policies. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law.

We do not guarantee the availability of any virtual item and may modify or discontinue virtual goods at any time.

4. In-App Advertising

The App may display third-party ads. We are not responsible for the content of these ads or any interaction you have with third-party advertisers. Clicking on an ad may redirect you to a third-party site governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including text, graphics, logos, UI design, sounds, and code, is the property of June AI Apps Ltd and protected under intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations regarding the App, including but not limited to uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or the accuracy of in-game content.

You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, June AI Apps Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of use arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which June AI Apps Ltd is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
