June AI Apps LTD ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Candy Realm and the website at candyrealm.getchatit.com (together, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. Please read it carefully. By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

Where the game is obtained through a third-party store such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, that store's own privacy policies also apply to transactions on their platforms. We encourage you to review them.

2. Information We Collect

2a. Information you provide directly

  • Contact inquiries. If you email us, we collect your name, email address, and any details you include in your message.
  • Support requests. Information you voluntarily share when asking for help, such as device type, game version, or screenshots.

2b. Information collected automatically when you play

  • Device identifiers. A resettable advertising ID (Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), device model, operating system version, and language settings.
  • Gameplay events. Level starts and completions, scores, in-game actions, session length, and feature interactions — used to operate the game and improve it.
  • App diagnostics. Crash reports, error logs, and performance metrics that help us identify and fix bugs.
  • Purchase signals. Whether you made an in-app purchase and the product type (not your payment card details, which are handled exclusively by the platform store).

2c. Information collected automatically when you visit our website

  • Log data. IP address, browser type and version, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. We use essential cookies required to serve the site. We do not set third-party tracking cookies for advertising on this website.

  • Improve and develop features — analyse how players interact with levels, identify where players struggle, and prioritise improvements.
  • Fix bugs and maintain stability — diagnose crashes and performance issues.
  • Serve and measure advertising — show ads within the game and measure their effectiveness using your advertising ID, where you have not opted out at the operating-system level.
  • Provide customer support — respond to your inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud — detect and block cheating, abuse, or unauthorised access.
  • Comply with legal obligations — meet requirements imposed by applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

5. How We Share Information

  • Platform stores. Apple and Google receive information necessary to facilitate downloads and in-app purchases according to their own privacy policies.

6. Advertising and Your Choices

Candy Realm is free to play and supported by advertising. Ads may be personalised based on your advertising ID and general location unless you opt out. You can limit ad personalisation at any time:

  • On Android: Open Settings → Privacy → Ads and select "Delete advertising ID" or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalisation."
  • On iOS: Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track." When the app presents the App Tracking Transparency prompt, tap "Ask App Not to Track."

Opting out means you will still see ads, but they will be less tailored to your interests. It does not affect data collected by the store platforms.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Gameplay analytics and crash logs are typically retained for up to 24 months. Contact and support correspondence is retained for up to 36 months from the date of last interaction. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Children's Privacy

Candy Realm is rated for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age threshold in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
