By using the Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
Where the game is obtained through a third-party store such as Google Play or the Apple App Store, that store's own privacy policies also apply to transactions on their platforms. We encourage you to review them.

2a. Information you provide directly
- Contact inquiries. If you email us, we collect your name, email address, and any details you include in your message.
- Support requests. Information you voluntarily share when asking for help, such as device type, game version, or screenshots.

- Device identifiers. A resettable advertising ID (Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), device model, operating system version, and language settings.

6. Advertising and Your Choices
Candy Realm is free to play and supported by advertising. Ads may be personalised based on your advertising ID and general location unless you opt out. You can limit ad personalisation at any time:
- On Android: Open Settings → Privacy → Ads and select "Delete advertising ID" or enable "Opt out of Ads Personalisation."
- On iOS: Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking and disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track." When the app presents the App Tracking Transparency prompt, tap "Ask App Not to Track."
Opting out means you will still see ads, but they will be less tailored to your interests. It does not affect data collected by the store platforms.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfil the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. Gameplay analytics and crash logs are typically retained for up to 24 months. Contact and support correspondence is retained for up to 36 months from the date of last interaction. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Candy Realm is rated for general audiences and is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age threshold in your jurisdiction).
